The TANDEM International Team
TANDEM International is an association of independent language schools inspired by democratic and collaborative principles. For this reason, leadership positions within the group are democratically decided by all members, and change from time to time.
The full organization, made up of all the partner schools, meets once a year in one of the network cities to, among other things, choose the executive team of the group.

Representatives of language groups: Language Speakers
Currently TANDEM International language schools are located in cities in throughout Europe and Latin America and offer French, German, Italian and Spanish courses for foreigners. To facilitate collaboration between schools within the same country or those teaching the same language, they are organized in internal groups called “Language Groups”. Each of these groups is coordinated and represented by a “Language Speaker”. Language Speakers are also democratically elected among the schools that make up each Language Group.
